Disclosures

Upon accepting an estimate, the customer acknowledges the possibility of unforeseen circumstances that may not have been apparent at the time of the estimate. Home Pro Elite Construction Group and its affiliates will inform the customer of any additional parts or labor required to complete the project, which will incur extra charges beyond the original estimate.

Home Pro Elite Construction Group is duly registered with the secretary of state in the states where we operate. We and our affiliates maintain General Liability and Professional Liability insurance for your protection. While Home Pro Elite Construction Group strives to prevent any incidents, it is acknowledged that mechanical failures and human errors can occur.

For Assembly and Installation Services, Home Pro Elite Construction Group and its affiliates are not liable for any missing or damaged parts discovered during the unpacking process. Moreover, unless due to our negligence, our maximum liability shall not surpass the estimated project cost. The customer is responsible for a service call fee even if the assembly could not be completed due to missing or damaged parts.

Should a dispute arise, Home Pro Elite Construction Group will endeavor to resolve it. If a resolution cannot be reached, binding arbitration will be pursued. The prevailing party will be entitled to all reasonable legal fees.

Payments are due upon completion unless a written agreement or account is established and approved by Home Pro Elite Construction Group's Senior Management. Home Pro Elite Construction Group reserves the right to place a mechanic's lien on the property where work was performed if an account is past due for more than 30 days. Late fees and interest will accrue on the unpaid balance. If the account remains unpaid after 180 days, Home Pro Elite Construction Group may initiate the foreclosure process.

Warranties - Home Pro Elite Construction Group and our affiliates guarantee that our workmanship will meet or exceed industry standards. Any parts installed will carry a warranty based on the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty for installed parts or assembled products is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Prices are subject to change based on product availability and cost, which is why our estimates are valid for only 10 days.
