House cleaning special is only valid for new clients. Online appointment required. 24-hour cancelation policy applies. House Cleaning Special requires an ELITE CLEAN Membership which provides ongoing cleaning services at a discounted rate. ELITE CLEAN MEMBERSHIP is $49.00 a month and can be cancelled at any time. However, canceling before 6 months will result in the first cleaning being charged at full price. What is not included: Moving heavy items or furniture, outdoor work, carpet cleaning, cleaning up pet messes, cleaning blinds, cleaning surfaces or items out of reach or higher than beyond 8 feet.
